Former secret government agent with a special hand Spencer, has been betrayed by his own people and has found himself in prison, where he should be executed. A terrorist organization which the government can't stop, prevented the execution. Nathan has been equipped with a new special hand and promised to clear his name if he prevents firing of the experimental weapons.
