The features of the new version also detect some non-virus threats such as spyware. The program includes a function to scan compressed files before opening. Norton AntiVirus allows you to automatically download virus database updates using its own LiveUpdate service. Blocking worms and scripts can prevent the infection of the system even with viruses for which detection data have not yet been created.
