Scotland, 1926. After his father's suicide, David Gordon has been living for the first time in his old home. His life, however, soon begins to endanger the dark secrets that have destroyed the abundance of many Gordons before him. David, whose life was burning with nightmares, fears that his destiny is to walk in the footsteps of his father at the end of his madness and death. Is there really a curse that haunts his family, as did his father? David Gordon did not recognize his deceived father. However, he is surprised when he is called to the home of his family in the Scottish Highlands after his father has come to his life. Over the last weeks of his father's life David does not know much, but the circumstances of his death seem more than strange. The inheritance settlement is only a pretext for David to find out more about the castle in which his father grew up to meet a family he had never met, and to cast a little light on the mysteries of his father's death. As in the original adventure trilogy, the Black Mirror core remains a gothic horror genre and its unique atmosphere full of madness and psychological turmoil. The game is now focused on a detailed investigation and interaction with frightening visions that plague the protagonist of the David Gordon game.
