The Soviet Union is trying to go back in time to change history and restore the former glory. Journey through time, however, ends in a fiasco, resulting in the formation of an alternate timeline. In it, technology development goes in a completely different direction, a new superpower dominates the world and third world war is raging. In the east a new Empire of the Rising Sun eroseand the conflict has changed in a three-way struggle between the Soviets, the Allies and the Empire. Their armies use new and unusual weapons and technologies like Tesla spiral, heavily armed war balloons, teleportation, armored bears, intelligent dolphins, floating island fortress and-transformers tanks.
