Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is the sequel to Counter-Strike: Source, and also an attempt to restore the popular shooter that began as a modification of Half-Life. Despite the years the game does not change the philosophy, it is still a team action game. Against each other are two teams - terrorists and those who seek to stop them - the special units. For every killed enemy you are rewarded with money and at the beginning of the next level you can buy better weapons and armor.

The game offers a variety of new things, modes and maps. There are 5 types of maps de_ (Disarming / deactivate bombs) and two cs_ (hostage rescue). These are already famous names which fans of the series will surely remember: Dust, Dust2, Aztec, Nuke, Inferno, Italy and Office. Maps were a little bit improved, but the base remained the same.
