Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen is actually an extension with the original game, with a new and vast area, with more missions, new enemies, equipment and abilities. Embark on a journey with your three mates and track down a mysterious dragon you must kill. You will spend a lot of time on the island called Bitterblack that mysteriously emerged from the depths of the sea near the village of Cassardis where your journey begins. Bitterblack almost immediately evokes a dark and scary atmosphere. During the day, you can get nice views of the surroundings and get the impression that this is a peaceful place, but with darkness fear comes to you. At night, all the monsters come to life and you can come across them literally everywhere.
