Dungeon Settlers is a strategy game set in a dark fantasy world, merging colony simulation with dungeon adventures. As an expedition leader appointed by the Guild, your task is to explore, conquer, and eliminate the dungeon causing widespread disasters. Establish a settlement in the desolate terrain, preparing your people to face formidable challenges.

This hardcore strategy game requires careful training of your team, considering their gear, skills, and traits. Form a tactical party of up to four adventurers. The real-time combat system allows you to pause and strategize, adapting to enemy tactics to secure victory—once lost, characters cannot return.

Your settlement must thrive amid magical erosion. Design rooms with walls and doors to suit your members' needs, like bedrooms, dining rooms, and a forge. Cultivate crops and manage resources for survival, producing rations for expeditions. Unlock new buildings and equipment through research.

Each character possesses six primary abilities and numerous traits based on race, background, and personality. Recruit and develop candidates by leveling up, equipping them with potent gear, and crafting a balanced four-member party.

Combat is real-time with a strategic pause feature. Position your party wisely and use various effects—stun, bleed, provoke, etc.—to overcome formidable foes. Each expedition features randomly generated dungeons with varying environmental effects, where deeper exploration yields rarer resources and greater threats. Encounter magical experiments, gather valuable resources, trade with merchants, and confront ancient trees demanding a bloody price for forbidden rewards.
