Console players will enjoy this game. Minecraft is a game becoming more and more popular now. The so called"Adventure Update" changed the whole game. Minecraft is sandbox indie game, indie means that it is created by a small independent studio and a sandbox means that there is almost anything done in the game - mostly it is the creation of new things. 

Game modes:
Survival - original game mode (hunger campaign, survival)

Hardcore - similar to Survival mode, with the unchangeable level "Hardcore". If you die, the whole world disappears and the game is over.

Creative - the function of flying enables you to get to all available things. All blocks can be crashed by one click and you cannot die, but if you fall from the world (Void), you die.

Adventure - same to survival. Blocks cannot be mined. Objects can be controlled.
