The story of the game takes place in a futuristic city, in which you will take on the role of a young singer called Red, who after being attacked, gets a powerful weapon Transistor. This weapon, which reminds a sword, is also searched for by mysterious forces against which the heroine must fight in the streets of the city. Gradually you will uncover the history and the secret concerning Transistor. The game combines free movement of real-time tactical mode, in which you plan your next action the heroine has to do. It will be up to you which style of playing you use at a specific moment.
